 An effective transfer of energy may be provided for with the use of tin-clad copper foil on both sides and coated with electrically conductive acrylic adhesive on one side. This foil is suitable for contacting the semiconductor layers with a conductor of tin-clad copper foil. This tape has an excellent conductivity.
Moving the photovoltaic cells often results in developing defects in solar panels. In order to prevent this transparent polyester tape with UV resistant adhesive is applying for tabbing or holding the cells in place. Transparent tape is not visible in the finished panel.
Significant time savings may be achieved with the use of flexible connectors used to connect the PV module to the power source. We supply these in the form of final products replacing the insulation to foil strip by hand.
The insulation and protection of internal connections is provided by a variety of butt cuts. These are available in a various sizes and shapes according to customer requirements.
Reinforcing the back sheet of the PV panels is based on the use of special laminates, designed specifically for the purpose, featuring an excellent mechanical strength, UV resistance and good initial adhesion. These laminates may also be used for repairing the damaged modules after installation of the PV panel.
Printable labels are applied in the back sheet of panels and serve for carrying the product related information. Their purpose is to provide for identification function.
