Printing capabilities
Depending on the products we can print:
- onto the adhesive side
- onto the backing/ film side
Single colour printing:
At any one time only one colour can be printed but the actual colour can be chosen from: black, blue, green, red, orange, yellow, white.
Narrowest Print Size:
Label width 3mm (total width 5mm)
Widest Print Size (small machine):
Label width 30mm (total width 60mm)
Largest Possible Print (large machine):
Label width 150mm (total width 170mm)
Maximum Roll Length:
Obviously this factor is greatly affected by the thickness of the material, however, as an example: PPI 1026 (0.025 mm) 330M.
Area Print:
By printing a specific pattern over a wide web (180 mm) we can produce a printed roll with area print. From this wide printed roll smaller rolls can be cut and each roll is guaranteed to have a complete print on it, (e.g. 3.2 mm final out roll widths).
Printed Material:
- Cloth - silk acetate / glasscloth
- Film - polyester / polyimide
- Metal - aluminium/ 9020
- Paper - Nomex (Du Pont) / crepe paper
Print Orientation:
We can print in both horizontally and vertically.
