Double sided tapes

Owing to high adhesiveness to all metal and plastic surfaces the PPI high tack adhesive double sided tape builds-up in a mater of few seconds a very high adhesive power, and it is practically impossible to remove this tape from the surface. The adhesive features very high resistance to effects of moisture and vibrations. Owing to its excellent properties this tape can be used as mounting and laminating tape in automotive industry as well as in many other industrial sectors.

Obojstranné páskyWherever a bonding of conductive materials is required while conductivity through the entire thickness of joint is to be preserved, we recommend that you use the PPI electrically conductive transfer tapes. These contain a layer with conductive particles, which are capable of dispersing electrostatic discharge and are therefore used as antistatic cover (ESD).

Anytime you need to combine the high adhesive power with permanent adhesive property on one side with low adhesion on the other side, it is recommended that you use the PPI double-sided adhesive tapes with different adhesive power on each side. A careful selection of the adhesive based on acryl, resin or silicone will result in achieving of required shearing strength or resistance to UV radiation. We have thus created nearly an unlimited number of different technical solutions allowing final use or converting allowing your selection of an option found as most appropriate for you.
