Transformer tapes

Each day we meet new and more complicated customer demands for new applications solutions or requests for the replacement of inconvenient products. We appreciate your interest and trust that is why we are trying to develop new products in particular product lines to be able to satisfy the demands of the vast majority of customers.

Let us introduce a brand-new long-awaited tape for wrapping of the magnetic core and part of the oil-filled transformers winding. 

Generally these tapes are expected to provide mechanically solid insulation layer with the transformer oil –resistant adhesive layer. The required durability of the basic material and adhesion strength depends on the particular application.

Based on the customers’ demands we have developed new highly adhesive, mechanically and electrically resistant tape with the paper basis, glass filaments reinforced, with the polyacrylate adhesive.

And how does it differ from the other product available at the market? It’s all due to its excellent tensile strength combined with the improved adhesive properties, which predetermines its use for the construction of transformers and other sophisticated applications.
