thermally conductive silicone adhesive tape

RD-800 is a silicone pressure sensitive adhesive transfer tape in which a thermally conductive filler (aluminium oxide) has been added to improve the thermal conductivity of the adhesive layer. The adhesive layer is coated onto one release liner and then protected by another interliner. The adhesive is heat and solvent resistant and will form high strength bonds to glass, ceramic, plastic and metal surfaces.
