Thermally Conductive Acrylic Foam Transfer Tapes
PPI’s latest developed thermally conductive acrylic foam transfer tapes are designed to provide preferential heat-transfer between heat-generating electronic components and cooling devices such as fans, heat sinks, or heat spreaders. Developed for applications that require a combination of good thermal transfer, dielectric strength, adhesion & conformability. This range is again ideal for LED lighting thermal management. PPI TC products are supplied on a release paper carrier liner and covered with a filmic liner for ease of handling and application.
TC-150B / TC-250B / TC-500B / TC-1000B Double-sided thermally conductive tapes based on acrylic adhesive technology. High bond strength. Thickness range from 0.150 mm – 1.00 mm. Available in rolls or die-cut format.
TCS-250 / TCS-500 / TCS-1000 Single-sided thermally conductive tapes based on acrylic adhesive technology. Used with mechanical fasteners. Thickness range from 0.250 mm – 1.00 mm. Available in rolls or die-cut format.
