PPI 1016 Polyester self-adhesive tape with thermosetting oil-resistant polyacrylate adhesive.

Heat class: B

Applications:

• Most suited for electrical insulation in oil-filled transformers.

• Strengthening of edges in slot insulation and for slot insulation in general.

• Core, Layer, and final insulation of coils and transformers.

• Sealing connection leads for final insulation.

• Phase and coil end insulation.

PPI 1017 Polyester electrical tape with thermosetting polyacrylate adhesive on both sides.

The double-sided version of PPI 1016. Heat Class: B

Applications:

• Holding, strengthening, and general insulation of stick wound transformer coils for relays and resistors.

• Specially used for splicing of presspahn paper. This is used in insulation during the assembly of transformers.

• Sealing connection leads for final insulation.

• Phase and coil end insulation.

PPI RD-709 Shrinkable polyester-based electrical tape coated with oil-resistant thermosetting acrylic adhesive. Has excellent oil resistance and dielectric strength when cured as recommended.

PPI 0102 Flame retardant polyester electrical self-adhesive tape with thermosetting acrylic adhesive. Heat class B

PPI 1026 Polyester electrical self-adhesive tape with thermosetting synthetic rubber adhesive. Heat class B

Applications:

• Especially suited for use with waxed or other kinds of greased wires or parts where a non-corrosive tape is required

• Final wrapping of cast resin capacitors and film/foil capacitors

• Phase and coil-end insulation

• Strengthening of edges for slot insulation and slot insulation in general

• Core, layer, and final insulation of small transformer, relay, and choking coils

PPI 1027 Double-sided polyester electrical self-adhesive tape with thermosetting synthetic rubber adhesive. The double-sided version of PPI 1026. Heat class B

Applications:

• Holding and insulating in the layer winding of small coils

• Positioning of sheet insulation or metal foil

• Solvent and heat resistant splices of waxed or polyethylene coated paper or foils

• Especially suited for use with waxed or other kinds of greased wires or parts where a non-corrosive tape is required

PPI 1040 / PPI 1042 Polyester self-adhesive tape with pre-cured thermosetting polyacrylate adhesive. Heat class B
