We are Hiring: Regional Sales Manager for Bengaluru, Karnataka, India

PPI Adhesive Products Ltd, Ireland has produced a wide range of Technical Adhesive Tapes, Laminates, and die-cuts for over 54 years. The company specializes in producing materials as per individual customer specifications across manufacturing of Electrical- Motors, Transformers, Switchgear, Smart, GSM and Banking Cards, Electronics & E.M.S- PCB, Capacitors, Electric Vehicle and Lithium Ion Battery, Aerospace, Medical, Automotive, and high-tech applications

PPI is active in all 6 Continents, in over 55 countries worldwide, with an India Corporate in Pune, Maharashtra.

Role Description:

• This is a full-time role for a Regional Sales Manager to be stationed in Bangalore, Karnataka.
• We are looking for young & dynamic professionals 
• The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for developing new customers, analyzing sales data, developing and executing sales strategies, building and maintaining customer relationships, and meeting sales targets within the assigned region.
• The candidate would need to visit customers across the Indian states of Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, and Kerala. 
• The candidate must also be a self-motivated hardcore field salesperson with a willingness to travel 80 percent across these regions in a month.

Qualifications:

• Work Experience of between 5 to 7 years in the sector of Sales, Marketing & Business Development.
• Experience in sales management and leading a team is a plus
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• High Presentation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to map, analyse industries, and develop sales strategies
• Knowledge of the Electrical, Electronic, Aerospace, Automotive, and Medical sectors is a plus

Education: 

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mandatory) (B.E/B-Tech) in (Electrical, Electronics, or Electronics & Telecommunication) 

&

Post Graduation (MBA/PGDM) in (Marketing or Operations) (Optional)

Working: 5 Days a week. (Saturday/Sunday Holiday)

Remuneration: As per MNC standards
